Sue Freed, sales manager and lead designer for Elevations and Shelly’s kitchen and bath department, has 16 years of interior design experience as part of the Shelly’s team. Her growing customer base appreciates her professionalism, in-depth experience and attention to detail on everything from cabinetry lighting to hardware finishes. Sue has designed cabinetry for virtually every room in the home and featured in some of the most beautiful homes in the area.

With an extensive background in the building and remodeling industry, Sue provides exemplary, unmatched customer service, resulting in Shelly’s being one of the most trusted kitchen design resources in the area. Sue’s passion for collaboration, high expectations and customer focused approach ensures customer satisfaction on every project that she undertakes. “Renovation and remodeling can be challenging and a stressful process. My job is to alleviate that stress and ensure the customer is satisfied at every stage of the process. Building rapport and trust is the key to success.”

Paula has earned a degree in Interior Design and has been in the industry for over 15 years. Her strength? Turning concepts, whether it’s a photo torn from a magazine or an idea found on Pinterest, into tangible reality. She has worked extensively with architects, builders, remodelers and homeowners. Her vision, skill, product knowledge and high-end design capabilities have resulted in rave reviews and unparalleled results for our clientele.

Paula shared “My goal is to not only help create beautiful living areas, but functional as well. I love to cook and bake for my family and friends so I fully appreciate the importance of a having the proper kitchen layout and utilizing organization and storage solutions. Efficient design is second nature to me and I enjoy the challenge of maximizing every space regardless of size.”

Jim has been in home décor sales and customer service for over two decades. For the past 12 years, Jim has focused his talents and skills exclusively on high-end kitchen and bath designs. Jim’s blend of design sense and construction knowledge enables him to seamlessly guide his customers through conception to execution, with proven success.

Jim attributes his flourishing career to listening and comprehensive planning. “The most important part of the job is to have a full understanding of your customer’s needs, desires and expectations, which means you have to ask the right questions and listen. Gaining an understanding of their life style and a day in the life of their kitchen is critical. This information enables us to recommend the appropriate products and design solutions to ensure success. There is nothing more gratifying than having an ecstatic client”.

Mike has worked for a custom cabinet shop for years learning the trade. He’s done everything from making the cabinets, helped to finish and install them. This gave him the knowledge and understanding on how kitchens need to go together. He has been designing kitchens, bathrooms, home offices and more for over 15 years and enjoys the changeling designs. Mike has worked with contractors in new construction, remodels, flips and the homeowner. With a good design you need to listen to the customer, figure out their wants and needs. With that he can give the customer a functional kitchen and make it their dream kitchen
